Development: It is the advance that has the technology through the years, the trouble in the relationship between economic growth and technological development take strong since the Second World War. Connection to Internet: I access to Internet or connection to Internet is the system of link with which the computer, mobile device or network of computers counts to connect to Internet, which allows them to visualize the web pages from a mariner and to accede to other services that Internet offers, as e-mail, instantaneous messenger company, protocol of transfer of files (FTP), etc. One can accede to Internet from a Connection for exchanged line, broad fixed Band (across coaxial cable, cables of optical fiber or copper), WiFi, route satellite, Broad Mobile Band and cell or mobile phones with technology 2G/3G/4G. The companies that grant access to Internet receive the name of Internet service provider (Internet Service Provider, ISP).

Responsive web design: (RWD) is an approach to web design aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile phones).

A site designed with RWD adapts the layout to the viewing environment by using fluid, proportion-based grids, flexible images, and CSS3 media queries, an extension of the @media rule, in the following ways:

·         º The fluid grid concept calls for page element sizing to be in relative units like percentages, rather than absolute units like pixels or points.

·         º Flexible images are also sized in relative units, so as to prevent them from displaying outside their containing element.

·         º Media queries allow the page to use different CSS style rules based on characteristics of the device the site is being displayed on, most commonly the width of the browser.
